The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has over 29 SPCA Centres and 6 vet partnerships across New Zealand.

Facilities at SPCA Centres and vet partnerships vary greatly throughout New Zealand. Our centres rely heavily on help from volunteers in order to carry out their day-to-day operations. We have field officers and warranted inspectors across the country who investigate complaints of cruelty and enforce the Animal Welfare Act 1999.
