Learning at Home with SPCA

Below you will find a series of home learning resources that are also hosted on our SPCA Kids’ Portal. These are not aligned to the New Zealand Curriculum but are a fun collection of animal related activities for children to work through at home.

You may like to share these with your animal loving students if they are looking for extra activities to do.

There are three sets of booklets aimed at different aged children. Set 1 is designed for children 6 years and under, Set 2 for children aged 6 to 9 years and Set 3 for children aged 9 and up. There is some overlap of ages as these are guidelines rather than set age brackets; children should be directed to choose a booklet that will best suit their needs and abilities and provide a fun challenge.
