Care and Create offers a new and unique platform to explore animal welfare education with your students and support them to develop greater empathy, communication, teamwork, critical thinking skills and digital literacy.
The Care and Create Minecraft World was designed and created by Year 5 and 6 students at Elmwood Normal School, Christchurch. The students developed a series of Minecraft environments that align to existing SPCA teaching units, lessons and reader response activities, as well as the revised NZC Technology learning area.
