SPCA’s Education Webinars - Term 2 2025

Intended for primary and intermediate students, these webinars are an interactive and fun way for young learners to learn all about animals, animal welfare, what it means to be a responsible animal guardian, and the role SPCA plays in our communities.

Christy, our wonderful educator, hosts four 30-minute webinars, via Zoom, every term. These sequential webinars and their accompanying activity sheet can be used as stand-alone learning experiences or as introductions to learning with SPCA's unit and single-session lesson plans. Register for one or more Live Education Webinars now!

Spaces are Limited - Because of the interactive nature of the webinar, spaces are limited to ensure the best possible learning experience. If you are unable to attend the webinar, please email in advance so we can allocate your spot to an attendee on the wait list.

Note: You will receive a Zoom link, via email, on the Monday before each webinar you've registered for.

We’ll also explore the important work of vets and vet nurses, learn about and identify animal feelings using photographs, and discover the word "sentience."
